It's been a long known issue on the JK and now the JL, where the defroster tab breaks off the rear window.
Not just Wranglers. It actually happens on a lot of other Jeeps.

Only thing I can think of not already mentioned, and this is real nit-picky, is having actual Temps values of the coolant temp on the main dash, not just H/L. Having oil pressure would be nice too. Offroad pages has actual values, but not on the main dash.

To repeat others that have already been listed:

1. Tighter Steering
2. Only 1 battery, or at least 2 normal sized batteries that are easy to access
3. A button to turn ESS off until I want it turned back on (which is never)
4. Front cam to aid in placing tires on the rocks
5. Fold down Tailgate (Bought a kit for my old 2001 TJ, it was great! - Spare was on an aftermarket bumper w/swing arm )
6. Clips instead of screws for the air filter

... but I still love it

Maybe that's part of the proximity locks.
My rear door has a button to lock all the doors just like the front doors and grab ithe handle to open/unlock

My change would be to redesign rthe switchgear for the lights. I hit it with my left knee jumping in and turn on the lights.
I got the light switch all the time!

Having a diesel option that satisfied the epa w/o EGR. SCR and DPF I can live with.

And, as others said, offer the diesel in 2dr also.

Or a dual option pull down or side open. That would be nice.
Awesome idea, and I agree, except I like the convenience of having the spare mounted to the swing gate. Happy not to have to deal with a separate spare tire carrier, as I did on my CJ7s.

With that, I'd say my change would be having a factory swing gate that can actually support up to 37" tires without needing some kind of reinforcement.

The Wrangler might be the worst on-road vehicle sold today.
I bought a Rubicon because I wanted a woods and trail capable vehicle. If I wanted a smooth ride I would just take the wife’s Grand Cherokee.

Keep my Jeep rugged and trail worthy so I can hunt and fish where I will.

Windshields should have been Gorilla right out of the factory.
Some Wrangler models have a optional feature through UConnect called Guardian that allows for remote starting via your cell phone. I have a Rubicon with the 8.4" Infotainment and Uconnect. I can remote start with my cell phone via Guardian. You can start/stop, lock, unlock, lock, adjust climate control, find your car, and a few other features with Guardian. One year subscription is included. There is a monthly fee after the initial free one year trial.

I hate that you can't turn off the radio while in reverse(6spd) also I hate that when you turn off the radio it turns off the whole screen and not just the audio. So that is what I would change.

I am on a free one year trail. Don't know if I will renew? Not sure what the renew will be? I thought I herd $20-$25 a month or something? I hope the rate is like XM radio where you can negotiate the price down.
