Hp tuners for JLUR stop start delete

Does hp tuners support this? Do I have to send the pcm in? It’s a 2018 if that changes anything just wanna fix the tire size and turn off stop start. Maybe make it where I can lock rear diffs in 2wd and discconnext sway bars in 2wd as well 🤷‍

Do they advertise doing any of that, and if so, do they say you have to send the PCM in?

There are lots of people here with experience with other vendors, but probably not a lot with HP Tuners.
