I just installed the metalcloak front drop bracket. Upper arms are back to stock 20.25" and lowers at 24" I'm measuring from pinion. Will this change when I put wheels on? What other measurements should I take? Also do I put shock on before or after wheels? It seems like the lower outbound shock bracket isn't aligned with the top at this droop and don't want to stress the shocks by forcing it on.

Jack up the axle until you can line up the shock bolts and put the shocks on.

Then jack it up near to ride height and install the sway bar end links.

You need to measure caster at ride height.
