It similar to a Freudian slip, but more formal. Also, wth is a "trade dress"?
This is so true. I have been dealing with China suppliers and customers in the aerospace business for the past 20 years. Don't fool yourself in thinking that the Chinese only produce crap. If that were the case then we have nothing to fear? Not.You honestly don't think that China isn't fully capable of producing world-class quality goods? That is, if we Americans didn't clamor for lower prices, and then complain about quality.
Bottom line, and you've likely heard this before: you get what you pay for.

Bought my nephew a R/C Jeep Wrangler. Just noticed this on the box before my wife wrapped it. WHAT THE F?
Well, if they install their own MOPAR lift (as any self-respecting 3 year old Jeep owner should), those bolts get pretty tiny at that scale...I'm trying to figure out what "small parts" would be on an RC toy that would be a choking hazard for a child under 3 years old that suddenly would not be a choking hazard for a child over 3 years old ?
Also, wth is a "trade dress"? ?
Probably one little chassis. Plastic body “a” it’s a Jeep, plastic body “b” it’s a Bronco. Doubtless neither is an “official” liscensed product. First paragraph says it all “made in China”. Company in CA is doubtless a storefront, period. They're probably using the same box for both Jeep and Ford products to save a yen.
