Sorry, I screwed up my highs and lows...senior / newbie moment...I do 4 high when I exercise it, NOT 4 low...thanks for the reply and helping me catch my error!
No reason to turn in 4 hi on dry pavement either. There's no center diff, so front and rear is forced to turn at the same speed and causes some binding when the front and rear follow a different line in a turn.

If you want to bind it up real quick, just open the door while in reverse. Seriously don`t

Whew, ok, thanks.....It has no issues at all, I just always heard that you couldn't run in 4WD above like 45 mph....

I noticed it when I went to turn into a parking spot and the tires acted weird....
You can shift on the fly into 4H in the JL up to 55mph per the manual, so 45 certainly isn't anything to worry about.

I’m a believer in ‘exercising’ your Jeep. But it is best to do it off pavement. But do do it. Because when you need it, it will be there for you.

Yeppp
I exercised my transfer case lever a few times before winter last year, and now if I need to switch to 4H quickly for inclement weather, it's very easy and very ready for me.

It's A good idea to go through its paces every now and then, a little oil circulating isn't a bad idea
I have made the mistake in the past of not testing or trying out locking hubs, gear selector and see that you can get neutral
Every few months I just try almost everything (not that there's a lot) just to avoid any issues

In general, you do not want to use 4 low on dry pavement, you definitely do not want to turn in 4 low on dry pavement.

If you want to "exercise" it, you can drop it in and drive a few feet in a straight line.
This. If you try and turn on dry pavement you WILL feel it struggling. That is NOT good on your Jeep!
