No worries, I have a SOT and it’s quiet open, closed, or with it positioned somewhere in between (aside from wind noise). Not being a jerk but I knew I could do that but. wanted to see if anyone had a fix.
+1. While it may seem annoying now, this should go to the dealer since it's brand new. There's no reason to start out your ownership with DIY work on a very expensive top, potentially breaking it and having the dealer turn down warranty work because they believe you caused the damage.I probably should have have said something more like, if it is a brand new vehicle let the dealer correct the problem. Not worth potentially making something worse and having the dealer not cover it because you attempted an at home repair while it’s still under warranty. I apologize if my initial post seemed harsh.
