Has anyone experienced an issue with their horn? The other day, some driver cut me off so I blared the horn, and mid-honk the tone changed from a normal tone to a super high-pitched tone, enough for me to notice the change. It’s been like that since, even when locking the Jeep. Bit of a strange thing to happen but I may need to take it in.

I’ve attached a link to a video of the sound.

Hi r-d,
If you feel this aspect of your vehicle is not functioning as designed and decide to visit your dealer to have this looked into further, please feel free to send our team a private message. We would be happy to connect you with a Case Specialist to assist.

Hey R-D,
Totally random but I had a similar issue with my horn today (350 miles on a 2020 JL). I had used it the other day and it sounded normal but out of the blue I honked at someone today and my Wrangler sounded like an actual dying goose. It was much deeper (almost like a train horn sound but no where near as loud). What ever happened with yours?

Oh you get the special Dixie version, if you keep pressing it you will hear Dukes of Hazzard tone.

@sherif JKU I'm still rocking the dying goose but I'll definitely bring it back to the dealer at some point and see if they can fix. I bet it's that the horn is only working on one side. It builds character, right? Hah!
