Has anyone had problems with the clock not keeping time ?

My clock looses 3 minutes a month. Was wondering if anyone else has this problem. Doesn't really make sense considering it is controlled by a computer.

The JKU had rampant issues with this. But I hadn't heard about it on the JLU. Interesting.

On the JKU, the fix was a software flash. Had something to do with the CAN-BUS wiring and the voltage being supplied to the radio. The way these things boot up, shut down, boot up, shut down several times a day it's a miracle they can keep time at all.

I thought that I read somewhere in one of the manuals that you can set time via the GPS system?

There is an option in the radio menu to set time with GPS. Then it keeps perfect time.

Maybe your phone has incorrect time .

This is only on models with the 8.4" UConnect screen, correct? I don't think the 5" and 7" screens have GPS.

No it works on my 7 inch setup somehow. No gps nav. Maybe it uses the satellite radio.
Settings-clock-sync with gps time
