Actually Julie, I did. Not only did I do that I also have the voicemails where we have spoken on the phone as well. Feel free to look at the screen shot of the messages between JeepCares and I attached below from a month ago.
No need to apologize. Just check next time before you make a statement like that on a forum.
Thanks

And in case you were wondering what the private messages were from a month ago here is the screen shot of those as well.

@Kenc my response was not directed to you but for many that have not reached out. I do hope however you feel better quoting everyone of those messages with your screen print. Good job little buddy! :like:

Hello Kenc,

Thanks a lot for this screenshot. You sent a message on 2/24 and I responded on 2/27. I discovered you already had a case within our system. Typically, if a case is already established, we redirect back to the Case Specialist to avoid confusion or miscommunication. Since my message on 2/27, I have not received any messages from you. As far as speaking over the phone, I do believe you're referring to the Case Specialist that was assigned to your case. If you have any questions about that case, feel free to follow up on our previous message conversation. I'd be glad to further document this on your behalf.

I have the wind noise and after driving around for almost a week I think it’s the new windshield design causing the wind noise. I have included a photo of where I think the problem is on the JL. There is this space with the way the windshield is designed. You can almost put a finger in the gap and slide your hand towards it from the windshield and you can feel this space. Almost seems like there should be something in this space. Anyone else notice this area?

I wonder if you put a little foam insulation from the hardware store if it would help?

Here are two pics I just snapped. Similar to yours and I have no wind noise, whistling, whirring, open window sounds.

Since I will never put a windshield down like everyone else for that matter, maybe that can be filled with foam.

Someone needs to be the guinea pig and spray some foam in their and see if that fixes it.

I may need to try something like that on my JK to make it even better.

Foam strips can be purchased. No need to spray messy foam in there when someone could just get some weather stripping and push it in there. Long term something like that might be fine, but just to test it, something temporary makes more sense. If my Rubi ever shows I'll happily shove some foam in there. Assuming I have the wind noise that is.

Another thing I need to point out about me is I'm hypersensitive to noise. I know lots of Jeepers that thing the premium top is the same as a hardtop so they are at the other end of crazy.

spray foam is a mess to deal with - I may try to tuck some foam in from the glass side and see if it impacts the noise. Even is it doesn’t resolve it would be curious to see if the noise is altered by something in that area.

I am very sensitive to sound also. I can hear out radon fan in our attic one floor down yet no one else in our house can hear it.
