There's absolutely no saving that hard top!

You'll have to put on a soft top or run topless from here on out...

The short answer is that you can probably patch it, but not fully repair it in an undetectable way. A shop that specializes in fiberglass will give you your best answer. You might also see what Corvette forums have to say about such issue since their bodies are all-plastic.

Painted top. Definitely cut through like an inch or deeper. I didn’t get a chance to see if it went all the way thru inside as its still in the garage.
If you have a boat yard/marine facility near you, take your Jeep there to see if they have a repair shop. Many boats have fiberglass hulls and these places specialize in repairing them to like new condition.

That appears to be a saw cut. It's in an area with stress due to the hinge proximity. I would clean, widen a bit like a V, then use a small patch of glass (or perhaps two layers) cloth inside the V. Then lightly sand, clean,, and use some thickened epoxy to finish it.
