Is this a Twill ( cloth ) or vinyl top ? If cloth, I would use iron - on denim/ cloth patches, use round ones so no edges to peel.
If vinyl, I would use a dab of Marine Goop on each side. Would work on Twill, if a small tear, as you described. I use a wooden tongue depressor, or a popsicle stick to dab and smooth.

We don't have a patch kit available but we do have the individual panels available through our Customer Service team if you'd like to replace the affected panel without replacing the whole top.
