Soft top care

I have a new rubi on order with the premium soft top and was wondering if there is any tips on care for the top. I just want to know should I spray fabric with a waterproof spray like camp.dry or 303? Also what does everyone do with their panels when top is down. Will the heat warp these panels?....

Best stuff ever. They have a cleaner for fabric and vinyl. They also make a kit that has the cleaner, protectant and brush. I have used it for years on all convertible tops I've owned.

I have used the 303 products for years on my premium top on the JK's and now on the JL. Excellent stuff. Just keep the cleaner and waterproofer off the windows.

I use soft bristle brush on the fabrics on the top when I wash and do them first and then rest of Jeep. Couple times a year apply Formula 303 Fabric protectant after washing and once top is dry.

Per side panels, alway clean them with damp cloth on window part and store them in the bag clean. I ceramic coated the window panels when they were new. Do everything you can to keep them clean before storing.

Note have 15 yr old convertible PT Cruisers and the tops are mint with the 303, they also use HD twill fabric.
