I’m dealing with Renee also. I have tried really hard not to bother them because I understand there system works but over my 4 months of waiting I don’t think 2 emails is a lot. I couldn’t even get a response to them. I’m definitely not going to be waiting until they contact me and tell me it’s in. I’ll be calling them Monday morning. Would have called Friday if I would have seen it while they were open.

Yay! Delivered! For a while the estimated delivery said 6/16. Last week it changed to 6/13. Now it's there. Things are moving along quickly! I wonder now if it makes any difference if I contact them first or wait for them to contact me.

Worth calling. Mine’s not there yet but I emailed last week to understand the process and Renee responded quickly with this info:


“I tell everyone to please not make travel arrangements based on that time frame. The reason is because not only could that date get pushed back but your Jeep has to be inspected once it arrives to ensure that is it ready for you to pick up. We reach out to everyone when it comes in and has passed the inspection. Once we do that you can schedule your pick up. “

5 months and counting for my Rubicon EcoDiesel order. It's shown "In Production" since May 23rd, so I'm hoping it gets finished soon!

This place is terrible when it comes to any kind of service. Called multiple times over the last 2 days now talked to at least 3 different people thay said they would call me back and never did. Now today the guy I talked to said Renee and the other guy that deals with internet orders is gone until Thursday (yesterday they told me Wednesday) and there wasn’t a single other person there that could give me any info or help me set up delivery. At this point all I really know is the Jeep app says it was delivered middle of last week and one person I talked to said they couldn’t find my Jeep or any record of my order. I wish I would have paid 1-2% more and dealt with a more reliable dealer.

Listen buddy... This is a high volume dealership and goes through hundreds if not thousands of orders. If you have been paying any attention at all to this thread or are just so naive to not search the forum you would understand that once your Jeep gets "delivered" (both jeep chat and your app can be wrong too btw) that it takes anywhere between 5-12 days for the dealership (most likely Renee) to reach out to you to schedule pickup. They arn't a traditional dealership and don't employ tons of people to be at your becking need 24/7 because they can save on overhead and make sure you are getting the best deal possible. Again, if you did ANY research at all on the forum or this very thread you would know Dan and Renee are off on Wednesdays and the best way to reach them is emailing them in the morning. No one here wants to hear you complain about waiting a few days for your Jeep, cry somewhere else, this isn't the place.

You can always show them who's boss and cancel your order and give your business to another dealership. Just be prepared to be inundated with emails and calls of them apologizing profusely and begging for your business again.

Also yes, they do take off on Wed but maybe every now and then they take off a second day. For shame I know. Honestly they probably heard your call but told the guy to tell you they weren't there. Probably out joyriding in your new Jeep or putting a skunk in it or something.

I won't chide you, I think that's been taken care of already. ?

I can feel the frustration in your post and can respect it. That said, once you meet the Gupton crew, you will feel like a real ? as they are the nicest and most genuine people you've ever met and you will see the crushing pressure they are under each and every day.

As someone already mentioned, they do tremendous volume for such a teeny, tiny dealership. The day I picked up my 2nd Wrangler from them, there were 360 Wranglers and those hideous pickup things sitting there waiting to be delivered and 40 more came before I went to sleep that night. In addition, they had 700 more on order.

I know you just didn't know, but calling them can be..... frustrating. You will basically never get them as they are busy with other customers. Email or text is the way to go.

Daniel (Co-owner) and Renee (Lead Salesperson) are both off on Wednesdays. They both work Saturdays, so Wednesday is kinda their Saturday.

Also, they aren't perfect. They are so crushed with work, an email may go unanswered. Just email again.

Be patient and we will be waiting for your pickup review when your rig shows up!

Finally figured out how to do the screenshot thing. When I first tried to order with Daniel, he said that he couldn't order the dual doors with HV yellow. The next stumbling block turned out to be the manual, which wasn't available except in the Sport or Willys Sport trims. I think it took about a half-dozen tries, but he got it ordered just a day or two after I first emailed. Now waiting for it to catch a ride.
