Just checked in with JC and my ETA window moved up a bit from 11/10-11/24 to 11/5-11/24.
Not sure if I should get excited or just stick with my original expectations

Anyone experience a window shift and end up getting theirs sooner than expected?

PS: I fully realize most people who already have their Jeeps are no longer lingering on this thread!
The other day JC advised me the ETA on my Sahara was 11/4 - 11/15. Today I was told 11/2 - 11/5? I'm not holding my breath!

if you look at your order sheet that will be the price you will pay. The only exception will be if the model year changes. Jeep and the dealer should honor the price you ordered as.
I ordered my Sahara on 9/30 and justv received my Window Sticker.....no price changes at all (Destination, 2.0L, etc)?

Well I'm at 8 weeks since my order date with no status changes of any kind. I have a VIN and that's it. No one can tell me anything other than they're waiting for parts to be available so that the build can be scheduled. This is getting pretty frustrating especially seeing people getting expected ship dates for 2022 models of about a month from now and my 2021 isn't even scheduled to be built yet

At this point, won't they move you to a 2022? Mine was placed as a 2021, but the VIN shows a 2022 now. I think a lot of it comes down to the configuration. We ordered the Sky One Touch top, and the Jeep Chat rep told me that she's seeing most of those sitting in a Scheduling status, so I suspect there's an issue with parts for the top. I try to remind myself of the bright side that the longer it takes, the more I save up in car payments I'm not making. May not be logical or rational, but I'm trying everything at this point to keep the impatience at bay.

Is it possible to get bronze 392 xtreme recon wheels on a regular rubicon xtreme recon package?

From what I've read, the 2022 Jeeps have a date of 12/5 before they will even start building them. I ordered mine on 10/13, and don't expect it until probably the end of February, but even that is iffy!!
I hope they get in gear building yours!!

9/28 - Ordered
9/28 - Dealer gave VON via order sheet (dealer initiative)
10/1 - VIN (Jeep Chat)
10/4: Dealer gave VIN (my initiative)
10/13: Dealer email (my initiative) "Your Jeep is in D1 status meaning it's scheduled for production and has an estimated shipping date to leave the factory. ETA to leave the factory is 10/21. Not until we start seeing it go through the production stages will we get a better ETA when it will leave."
10/19: Cryptostickers found a build sheet.
10/25: Pulled build sheet using this link. Also got the ETA from dealer of 11/4 to arrive off the rail in Utah. Appraisal process for trade in starts when it gets off rail. (my initiative)
11/4: Update from dealer of 11/5 off the rail (my initiative)

Getting excited!

Getting so hyped. Placed an original order back in June. Was told 4-6 weeks. Come September the dealer "still" hadn't heard anything and was very difficult to get along with. Switched dealers and got a better deal, who would have thought. Ordered the Rubicon Xtreme Recon with almost every option on September 21st. According to FCA it has been in the waiting assembly for 9 days. Based on all of the other information and research. Assuming somewhere between the end of November and sometime in December. Currently WFH still so I ended my Grand Cherokee lease and traded it in to cover my entire down payment and then some.

9/21 - Ordered
9/28 - Dealer gave VIN/VON
10/15 - Gathering parts (Jeep Chat)
10/26 - Waiting assembly (Jeep Chat)
11/4: Waiting assembly (9th day, Jeep Chat)

How do you know yours has been moved to a 2022? Where do I find that info?

The VIN code will determine whether it's a 21 or 22. The 10th character in the VIN determines the year Wrangler. A "N" is a 2022 Wrangler.

Went by Peterson's yesterday and saw this one. They now had like 4-6 4xes and a few normal ones off the truck.

Funny thing is, I noticed a girl several weeks ago post on the FB groups that her HOA wasn't letting her run a cord across the embankment, so she's not able to purchase her 4xe. It was a Sahara SOT 4xe.

Then, we took this picture, she posts saying it's at the dealership if anyone wants to buy it. "The dealership in Nampa, ID."

Just kind of fun. Sad for her I'm sure. Hopefully she can get a non-4xe and still have the Jeep life.

11/5: Email from the dealer that it's off the train. Sent me a link to the dealership credit app. They do not have any bows... Emailed back and forth UNTIL my credit app got sent, then no response to email or a phone call. THIS is my problem with Kent. My wife talks me down and reminds me he obviously just got rigs in. Let him do his job.
