JLUXR here. 75 on the highway and I get 15.5-16 range. I do 80 and it drops like a rock to 12-13. 4.56 gears on 35s from the factory along with a brick shape. Weather affects it too. Windy day sucks for MPG
Mustang GT 4.5 0-60? Hahaha. Your off. look at current GT models. 0-60 is 4.0 seconds. We own one along with a GT350. Current GT will still beat the 392 jeep
I donāt know what your talking about. My XR has good road going manners. No issue in handling, steering, parking, etc. itās a Jeep so itās not a corner monster but it handles just fine. I know handling since my other vehicle is a Shelby GT350 and Iām a track rat with my sports cars. The...
They removed it mid year 2021 due to chip shortage. My late 2021 build ( picked up beginning of December) was missing it. I was not told it was removed from the package when I ordered it. I was really wanting that too.
Yeah. I will be hard pressed to hold it down to 70 around here. Many mom vans and big trucks rolling 80 all around me. These gas prices do really help me as I argue with my internal speed demon. My warmer weather fun car is a 2018 Mustang Shelby GT350. Been a track guy with sports cars for 8+...
I noticed similar results going from 70 to 75 and then 80. At my normal 80 cruise I would do with my car that I was used to I was barely getting 14. I had to really watch my acceleration to even get near it. At 75 I am averaging 15s on the highway. We have lots of hills where I drive in...
I went with a Grimm off-road under hood setup, ARB twin compressor and morflate 4 tire airline setup. I just donāt want to cart around another bag in my precious cargo space inside. Having a good stowed away compressor setup for trails in the boonies was the first pick. Iāll pack a shovel and...
There are a few other 4 wheel fill up setups similar to that. Typical pricing at 200 bucks. Iām leaning towards that with a Grimm underhood connection point and the ARB fender mounted. Grimm has a nice kit that trail recon did a video install of. I liked the heat shield they added and they even...
Yeah, I am leaning towards the winch and a cheaper portable compressor. Budget is just trying to maximize use of funds as I have already spent some decent funds buying stuff for mine and my wifeās other rides. She has a ā19 Mustang GT that we bought new wheels for at Christmas break. Those...
Thanks for the input from everyone so far. I do like onboard for space savings and one less thing I need to load in/ move around. I also know the need of a winch can be critical at times if someone in the group doesnāt have one and you or someone else is stuck.
what onboard setup are you...
