Believe me I'm praying it's that actual ship date. Mine said 9/11 when the mass email went out and seems to be about right sadly lol. I'm hoping since that's an estimate it will be built and inspected and released for ship by Monday next week. Would be awesome but unlikely
Yet another email from my new bestie "Cara" with sort of an update.... although this line is the same exact one from last week...
"Good News! At this present time, all of the materials needed to start the manufacturing build process for your Jeep Wrangler have been received and the vehicle should be entering the build process very soon."
Is it good news Cara, is it? I don't know about that, especially when it's a repeat and followed by, "We show your order presently has an estimated production plan timing for either the week of August 30th or the week of September 6th. Please keep in mind, this timing is estimated and can be subject to change." I'll tell you some good news would be, hey guess what, we finished it and it's shipping on Monday. In fact, I would totally put that in the jumping up and down great news category. But I have trust issues and fully expect that last part of the second sentence to come around... it'll get pushed. ????????

Hi everyone. I ordered a 2021 jeep wrangler jlu on 4-24 and still waiting on production. Through emails they said I have a projected production plan on 8-30. A few weeks back they said it was going to be built on 8-9. Sounds like I'm getting the short end of the stick on all of this. I was told by the dealer that this was a 6 to 8 week process before I ordered it back in april lol. Yeah right

My email said it was built in needs final inspection. My dealer says it was sent to storage, but not quite sure why? Never a straight answer. WHERE IS MY JEEP!!!!!!!!

Hello all,
I ordered by JLUREcoD Aug 2nd and the dealer texted me last week that it has an estimated delivery date of Aug 30th. I hope it stays if track. I’m so excited that I’ve been making a list of all the new stuff to buy for it soon.

I have an appointment to place an order on Sept 11th provided 21s are still available to order then. If not I may wait for spring delivery or have the dealer search for something close. I am trying to beat a model year price increase.

That's the 2021, badly labeled video is badly labeled for click baiting. It's also the UK so of course they get 18in wheels instead of the 20s Jeep is putting on the US ones for some bizarre reason.

Good to know. The video was released a couple of weeks ago and there are a few things that look different. I have seen other videos that say 2022 but are obviously 2021s.

There are usually some differences between EU and US Wranglers of the same model year due to differences in EU laws, so different fenders, possibly tweaked bumper designs, etc. Also just noticed the thumbnail is a US Sahara on 20s, while all the shots in the vid are 18s...

I wouldn't put much stock into vids like that till Jeep actually announces the 2022s.

My dealer said ship date eta is 8/25 and I just checked jeep chat tonight. It has hit the framing stage. I don’t think it takes long to build once they get started on it.

I’m in Cincinnati so wouldn’t take long to ship just not sure if the date he gave was when the build would start or when they will get it?

To me it sounds like it would be the ship date if they haven’t started the build yet. My dealer gave me the estimated ship date about a week ago. I didn’t know if it would hold until today.

Yea ship date isnt to bad. Only takes them about 13 hours to actually build the Jeep. Usually they are complete in 24 to 48 hours and off to inspection. Im in the same boat as Im up here in columbus and Jeep CS said it was being built with an est ship of 8/30. Dealer is clueless on this and says it wont be here til mid sept per their rep. I ordered 6/19 and have been stuck in D1 since 7/31.
