Guide: Wrangler Order, Build, Tracking and Delivery Process

Nice. I was just told that the tow pack is whatbwas holding mine up. Makes no sense as they have had all parts since 7/31 and now we are expecting delivery mid September ?? that will put me at 12+ weeks also. So confused and frustrated

That sucks. I was so frustrated with the wait time. I think we all should get end of the year sale prices since the 2022's are supposed to be in production now. (at least that is what I was told in chat). as of today, i have been waiting for 108 days since my order date. 14 weeks in D status. and on 8/6/2021, I was told it changed to D1. On the 13th, it was still in D1. Then today, it is built.

Yea that would be nice but 22s haven't even opened up for ordering yet. That's in October with mid to late December production. Yea I was told I was D1 on 7/31 from the case rep when I tried to escalate it. Been sitting since. Dealer had his rep check today and all of a sudden I have another month which makes zero since. Gonna call jeep and see if they have anything different

Well just called Jeep and they said it's D1 with and estimated ship date of 8/30. Im pretty positive that means it will be built on the 30th and not actually shipped. Being less than 100 miles from toledo I am hoping for a quick turn around as I know it take 24 to 48 hours to build. Guess I'll check back Friday and see where it sits

Well just called Jeep and they said it's D1 with and estimated ship date of 8/30. Im pretty positive that means it will be built on the 30th and not actually shipped. Being less than 100 miles from toledo I am hoping for a quick turn around as I know it take 24 to 48 hours to build. Guess I'll check back Friday and see where it sits

Believe me I'm praying it's that actual ship date. Mine said 9/11 when the mass email went out and seems to be about right sadly lol. I'm hoping since that's an estimate it will be built and inspected and released for ship by Monday next week. Would be awesome but unlikely

Just got off the phone with jeep. Ordered a month ago, still sitting at D1. They said the factories were shut down for 2 weeks. We're they really shut down that long? Weird because last week when I called they said it had started being built. None of this makes sense haha

No they weren't closed at all. Only the gladiator side. Wranglers were still in production but I believe they reduced staff some from what some were saying.

Checked status on JC on 8/11/21 and they said all parts were in and they were scheduling build
Checked back again on 8/16/21 and they said they are waiting on parts.

WTF?! Did they lose parts?

?? no but of you want a better answer call them and talk. JC is worthless with info. Mine has been back and forth with that for a month but when I called they said as of the 31st it had everything and as of Sunday it was supposed to be starting its build ?‍. Last night JC said they are still gathering parts ?

Checked my status with Jeep Chat today. I was informed that my jeep is in the shipping process with an 8/23 to 9/6 delivery time frame to the dealer.

Ordered 7/31 and contacted JC yesterday & they days parts are in & waiting to schedule build. Based on what I'm reading here, I'll actually call next week just to see if it happens to be much different.

I also got a build date today. Scheduled for 08/31. Ordered on 07/21, VON same day, Vin following day.

I contacted JC today and was told all of the parts had been gathered, she couldn’t give me a date though. I called my dealer and he told me the build date. Seems the dealers actually have more info often times than Jeep chat. Praying mine actually gets built and ships quick!
