My quick release bolts seem to keep loosening and I hear it creaking. I'm hand tightening. Should I be getting them tighter then? Don't think I could over tighten by hand could I?

I'm just over 2,500 miles now and I have noticed that is shifting and driving much smoother than when I posted the question. I feel better for sure. I'm guessing it's a combo of break in, gearing and etorque. But then again, I don't know much about engines.
