JC didn't provide me with an eta but according to my dealer and Jeep Wave email, it should be here in a month. JC also told me it would remain in this status until delivered, sounding like I'm at the point they can't give me any new updates
I checked JC this morning. Jeep has now moved to shipping but no ETA. Was told that’s all the info they have and it will remain in this status until delivered. Guess I’ll have to check with my dealer from now on. At least I know its been built.

Jeep Chat today told me my Wrangler was built but was being held due to certain parts or accessories I ordered related to options I ordered. They said this was a normal part of the build process that every vehicle goes through. Is this true, I haven't heard of this before. They also said there was no ship date or dealer ETA at this time. Can anyone shed any light on any of this?

I admit I was a bit surprised by the response. I thought it would be MUCH LONGER before my jeep was built. My order date was 3-7-22. I ordered a JLUR 4xe via Clutch (Mark Dodge in Louisiana).

Estimated shipping for my order was 3/31, then pushed to 4/1 (today). I did my daily check on the build sheet site, but instead of seeing the usual "sorry, no build sheet for this VIN" message, I got the following error:

SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle /webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet has not been defined.

SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle www.jeep.com:443 has not been defined.

Has anyone else seen this/is the build sheet site working still? Trying to see if this means I actually have traction (since jeep chat is useless) or just a random web error?

I'm using this (with the VIN after the = sign) - https://www.jeep.com/webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet?vin=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Hi,

Did you register your vin on this site?

https://cryptostickers.net/Default.html

If so it should send you a email when you're build sheet is available and again when you're window sticker is as well.

Might take a day but you should see it.

Regards,
Jim

I got the same error today. Thinking the problem is on Jeep's end.

The system error is now resolved (at least for me).

Yes I did register, but I'm checking manually each morning as well. Thanks!

Yes, it is now resolved for me as well. Thanks for checking!

Now I am back to the same No records found for the VIN message... I guess I fell for their April fools joke that there might be progress :)

When did you place your order?

New Wrangler arrived to the dealership 3-31-22. I picked it up 4-1-22.

For anyone interested in how the '22 Wrangler STANDARD drives, here's my two cents...

It's a very easy, and quite forgiving clutch. Fun to drive. Pretty responsive in lower gears. You can actually hold gear 2 for quite some time if you need to quickly get up to speed (merging into busy traffic, or getting onto the highway). The tach may hit 3k-4k, but from the sound and feel, that's still well-within acceptable limits. Redline is around 6,500 rpm. I can't imagine a situation that you'd ever need to get anywhere close to that, though.

I've driven manual transmissions for over 30 years, so this one took no time to learn. My one complaint, however, is that the engine and transmission are soooo quiet and smooth. It can make it challenging to "feel" when it's time to shift. There is little to no feedback through the accelerator pedal (it's all "by wire" these days) , and with the radio turned up you'll need to peep the tach from time to time until you get the know the vehicle a bit. I was happily cruising along the highway in 5th gear, then noticed the rpm's were at 3,500. No doors or top, at highway speeds with radio on, completely drowned out the fact that I should've been in 6th. It's certainly not like the old cars that give you plenty of engine sound and physical vibration that subconsciously tell you to gear up or down.

Other than that, I'm quite pleased.

I got this today from JC. “Thank you so much for holding. I am showing all of the materials needed to start the build process have been received. The vehicle should be entering the build process shortly.”
supposedly I have a delivery date to dealer week of April 23rd…we’ll see.
Ordered 1/26/22
Can I ask how you got a delivery date? I am being told the same thing from JC, but they do not have a date for me. My dealer also doesn't. Thanks!!

Get a POC from your dealer. If it is still D status, there will be no date. If it is D1 status, it will have a date.

I got that from the Customer Care email many weeks ago. I don’t hold much faith in it.
