Grills, painted? or self painted?

So I don't think I've seen them painted at a store I've seen. Not saying there isn't one, but I've not found one.
I love the look of this grill and would love to get one, but I'm guessing I need to paint it.

Anyone therefore know of a quality site that might do a walk through and tips for a newb? We do have a body shop in the area that might do it, but I'm guessing that even with my inexperience, even if I had to paint, remove, and paint it again I'd be cheaper.

Check with Distinction Applied in Florida. They paint grills as well as other parts. They maybe able to hook you up.
