Just to clarify, the odometer disclosure is simply a signed statement from you confirming that your truck has 150,000 miles or more. You do not need to provide photos of the odometer or any other proof.

Oooh. Now I reallly got to find a week to take it off the road so I can send the ECU back for round two.

It is definitely worth it. When I purchased the EPA-compliant tune, it included the Powergate flashing tool, so I could flash the tune in my garage. They offer the option to purchase the tool separately for $130.

Sent them a note regarding this on the disclaimer about what might not work. “OBD readiness and Mode $06 monitor test results” to see if I might have some issues with an inspection in NY. I’m upstate so there’s no tailpipe test but they do plug it in for monitors.

No smoke, because I only opted for the standard Afterlife tune, which turns the EGR off by default. The EGR is closed through software, and all hardware remains intact. I have not selected the broken DEF or exhaust options yet.

I’m on the old tune and go through a 2.5 gallon def bottle in about 1500 miles.

I didn’t go full banana on the exhaust because I’m not sure which exhaust or test pipe I’d want to run in place of the DPF. I want to do the research first and make an informed decision once the DPF breaks, which I anticipate might happen in spring time. There’s also a chance I could gut the DPF when that happens, which would probably be the cheapest route.

DEF usage is supposed to slow down a bit per Green Diesel Engineering, so I should get a good read on that during my Dallas trip this weekend.

Since they are in Michigan this is the beginning of bow hunting season so they may be busy with that.

I'm not sure that this is the most reassuring explanation to why the OP keeps getting their answering machine while seeking customer service.
