Well Shoot- Nevada is kinda centrally located for all, heck, even close to the Rubicon. Plenty of “activities” available/ casino, bar, uh whatever you want is available.

make it a “tour” including Kit Kat, Starlight, & Moonlight Ranches and enjoy Nevada’s tourist attractions. …..,

My mother’s family settled Las Vegas, maiden name was Clark, yep Clark county Clark. Massive land holdings. Her father rounded up wild Mustangs on it, promoted and was an engineer on “Boulder Dam” knowing what water would do for the area. Land but little money. When he passed (I was very young) it was taken for property, inheritance taxes….. my father said theirs nothing but rocks and rattlesnakes out there, let them have it. Now housing developments, golf course, etc, even went to the strip. Almost caused a divorce.
