Not breaking the law, being polite, and following instructions goes a long way towards keeping that sucker holstered though. Just sayin...
I've personally had it pulled, pointed, and with his finger on the trigger begging for a negligent discharge while doing all of the above. Some of them are just cowards with guns and react in fear all too often. I'm sure you've seen the video of the acorn cop? Mag dumping his own squad car with a handcuffed suspect inside (thank God he can't aim) because an acorn fell on his car? Screaming about being hit? Prison for attempted murder is the only appropriate response to that kind of mistake.

They are normal people... given guns and way too much leeway. They are literally trained to break one of the key rules of firearm safety whenever they get nervous (never point your weapon at something you aren't willing to destroy). Qualified immunity is Bull shit. Paying for their mistakes with tax prayer dollars is bullshit. Training then to be willing to destroy innocent civilians on a hunch is bullshit. Prosecute them all. Pay for their misconduct out of their pension fund, and watch how fast they all suddenly learn how to do their job.
That's really good point. Bet you all that, "I've got your back" nonsense will cease real quick once that dude's costing you your retirement.

I think the biggest thing is, if you don't know the law, don't enforce the wrong thing just to find out you violated someone's rights. Call it in, ask for some help, make sure you're getting it right before you're trying to enforce something that isn't enforceable.

I mean their whole job is enforce the law, not make it up along the way!

I love Red Green, I even donated to PBS during one of his shows, Shortly after I get a letter robosigned by Ted Kennedy asking for a donation to the DNC, one of the reasons being gun control because his brother was shot (by an ex-marine defector gone communist). Never watched PBS again.
I didn't know red green was on pbs. I guess we watched it on probably what was a local affiliate. 🤷‍♂️

Yeah I never donate money to large companies. They got enough investors, they don't need my help. Kind of like the red cross, anytime I go to check out at the grocery store and they're like "do you want to donate to the Red Cross?" And I'm always like, "Nawwww, their CEO makes over a million dollars a year, they don't need my money!" :swear:

We all have supercomputers in our pockets right now. A quick Google search would clear it up. But if you remember from the OP, this arrogant prick literally told him he'd write more bs tickets if he had to go look it up? To me that's someone who needs to lose their job before one of their bad days dreaming about getting their 14 year old daughter pregnant (or whatever the other guy posted, paraphrasing) ends up with someone dead.

Yeah I think the second that a cop told me that he's going to write me more tickets if he has to look something up, I pull up my phone and start recording... And then when I get dragged out of the car and put handcuffs because he wants to take my phone away, sorry taxpayers, but it's my turn for the tax break! :handsinair:  :like:

Wow no I haven’t seen that or experienced what you have. I’ve been pulled over a few times but nobody got tense. I have a lot of sympathy for law enforcement though. This climate where police are vilified, and people walking up to their patrol car to unalive them probably isn’t the best way to retain talent

Me and @Tredsdert aim to collect! Will it be delivered or do we have to come get it?

Personally I think everyone should wear bicycle helmets with the built in mirrors. For superior safety and situational awareness.

then add this purple dildo hood accessory:

Lots of guys on this thread already wore those helmets on the short bus on the way to school.😅

Just happily retired, and never thought what I did for a living made me who I am as a person.
I still scan the bus stops for people. 🙄
