I've personally had it pulled, pointed, and with his finger on the trigger begging for a negligent discharge while doing all of the above. Some of them are just cowards with guns and react in fear all too often. I'm sure you've seen the video of the acorn cop? Mag dumping his own squad car with a handcuffed suspect inside (thank God he can't aim) because an acorn fell on his car? Screaming about being hit? Prison for attempted murder is the only appropriate response to that kind of mistake.Not breaking the law, being polite, and following instructions goes a long way towards keeping that sucker holstered though. Just sayin...
