I've been seeing @Wbino on this forum for a minute. He beefs with A LOT of people on here. More often than not when I see him in a thread, he's acting like a karen.

I'm at the point lately where I'm questioning how much he's actually being a Karen, and how much he's actually being a troll.

My honest opinion, I think if he drove by a car where the engine was on fire and there was a driver trapped inside he would keep driving and not give two shits about that person. But then he'd come on here and shame other people for doing the same.

Hypocrite? Maybe.

Yes- but I would still get an inexpensive side mirror, even in states that don’t require it to have one less cheap stop excuse, uhh, even in states that don’t require it as evidenced by this thread. Get a cop that doesn’t even know his state’s laws and he can find other things to write that at best cause you time and grief.
At the very best, an inappropriate stressful chew out warning, also evidenced by this thread.

My dear old Grandpa used to say, “Just because you CAN do something, it doesn’t mean that you SHOULD do something.

My take on it is that there are many options to add mirrors to a Naked Jeep, many of them are Inexpensive, easy to install, don’t require any drilling or other permanent modifications. They can add to Safety, and help avoid an accident. I can’t think of any advantage to Not using them, at least on public roads, so unless you’re compensating for some other “Personal Shortcomings “ I don’t understand the adamant refusal of some to use them.

Because I’m right damn it, my state doesn’t require them, and when I go to states that do the cops should know the laws of my vehicle’s registered state.

Being “right” is often the booby prize.

As with every other right you have, if you don't use it you don't have it period. I won't cave to a tyrant with a gun, why would anyone on a Jeep forum think they were going to talk me in to giving up my rights and doing it their way? Hopefully just once the lack of a mirror scares one of you nervous types out of the left lane and it's 100% worth it.

Nothing trollish about seeing people not giving to craps about those drivers around them.
The fact that mirrors are required for 99% of the worlds vehicles I feel safe to say I'm in the right.
Some people just take safety more seriously than others, you have a 2 x 4 as a front bumper.
