Glove box door catching

Anyone here experience their glove box door catching on the interior during open or close action? The top tab catches the door stop accurately, but on its way to the open or close position, it catches part of the interior, something that looks like it could contain wiring. See the attached posted photo. Has anyone trimmed their plastic tabs or experiencing this? I've poked around up inside and don't see where I can raise the problem area up.

That looks like the wire loom that has the interior wire connections for the aux switch's if you have them. Factory might not have put them in the proper place. I have no trouble with mine.
