1.Hello everyone
I recently had my jeep in to have its corrosion issues addressed (new doors x4, hood, and tail gate). When I went to retake possession I noticed that the passenger front door was not flush with the cowl side piece.
I brought it to the body shops attention and they stated that they didn't do anything with the doors inner hinges and since they reused my exterior hinges on the new doors there would be no alignment issue.
They are stating there's nothing they can do as tweaking the inner hinges would cause issues with water/air leaks. Went so far as to say well it is a Jeep...
Does this make sense? From the photos I took its clear that the door is recessed from the cowl line and it looks like the weather stripping is impinged?
