Mine look like this, I don't see a gap.

Try repositioning the freedom panels. If you removed them you may not have seated them properly.

Thanks for taking the photos, looks like I got a defective part. It can be a reason for wind noise, dealer was’t be able to figure it out ‍

First I thought that too, I took the top off. Looks like The thing has a missing rubber part

Easy fix then. Just take to your dealer and show them. Good luck

Mine have 2 rivets holding them as well which I didn't notice on yours. Mind you it's a 2018 so they may have stopped using the rivets to save 4 cents per Jeep.
