Hello does anyone know off hand if the footwell lights stay on when the ignition is on ? Engine running ?

in models older than the 2023 (I think) there was a second dial (rheostat) next to the light knob that controlled only the footwell lights that you could increase or decrease the light intensity for only the footwell lights. I think 2023, they integrated into the overall dash and interior light dial, removing the dedicated footwell lights.

If you have a 2023 or newer wrangler, you might be able to just swap out the light panel to an older panel and regain the ability to control the footwell lights independently.
