It's so cool. I'm already planning to go again next summer; and this time I'll have my 31 year old daughter along for part of it (we're planning to have her fly into Grand Junction, CO where I'll pick her up). Certainly, any of my fellow Florida Jeepers are welcome to join us. Once we get a rough head/Jeep count, we'll plan accordingly. We've discussed that if we have a large group going, we'll likely split up into squads of 6-8 Jeeps for the trails. The trails around both Ouray as well as Moab are all fairly close to town, so I'm confident that we can make it all work out.You and me both bud
Where you going to put all of those badges?! HahaThe trails we did:
Colorado
Engineer Pass
Black Bear Pass
Imogene Pass
Poughkeepsie Gulch
Ophir Pass
Hurricane Pass
Corkscrew Pass
Cinnamon Pass
Moab
Hell's Revenge (..and Hell's Gate)
Fins and Things
Steel Bender
Top of the World
Poison Spider
Better find a spot for those bad boys!Mort...I have all the Ouray, CO badges already. Just waiting for the Moab ones. I'll have 14 all tolled for this summer.
Oh, that's a good idea! I've actually thought about not installing them on the Jeep at all, and just stick them on my toolbox, or display them some other way. But then again, it's a neat conversation piece to have them on the Jeep, so I suppose I'll stick them all on. I'm thinking that I might get up to Windrock yet this year before we go back to Florida, so that would add a few more badges too.Better find a spot for those bad boys!
When me and my wife go I plan on having her log in on her phone too so we get (2) per trail. That way I can save one and put the other one on my vehicle in the event one falls off or something. Rude, maybe? Smart, Yes LOL FCA can handle it HAHA
I thought about just keeping them in a box in my closet with all of my other stuff but then came up with that idea lol Best of both worldsOh, that's a good idea!
