I know this is a stupid question, but it's easier to ask then see for myself. So, with no lift and 35" tires. Am I going to have a problem using the factory jack if I get a flat tire? Should I carry a small block with me or invest in a better jack if mine isn't tall enough? I haven't had a flat tire in forever, but you never know. I'm driving out to Tennessee in August from Missouri. Don't want something to happen, and I'm stuck on the side of the road with no way to change a flat.

Stock jack should still work fine in a pinch. Might take a small 4x4 or something to help gain a little height.

That's my thought. I think I'll carry a little one just in case. Better to have and not need than to need and not have.

I rotated my spare in after the dealer had missed that, the jack was nearly at limit taking mine off, not sure if newer 35s with little to no wear will clear the ground easily...probably sketchy

Jl rubicon with k02s (4900 miles or so), machined edge rims on stock suspension

They are brand new 35's. I'm going to cut a 4x4 about 3-5 inches tall just to be on the safe side.

When I had my JK and 35's Ran into the same problem...So I went on the hunt for a jack that would raise the jeep but be safe...I did not want one of those bumper jacks so I ended up with This

We repaired one of our tires when it came off the rim on the trails. The factory jack barely freed it to go allow us to put it back in so a 4x4 should help. I do want to invest in a reliable small jack tho.

Thanks for the help and ideas. I really don't even know what made me think of that in the first place. Glad I did.
