My statement is from a position of a lifted jeep with 37's. If anyone suggests it drives great and not like a mule is smoking.
I understand the OP's post. I am just saying I dislike these type of drivers and always am on guard.
The best offensive maneuver is understanding physics. Speed limit or less equates to lower energy thereby increasing your odds of making it home. Look at people's head, if it is pointed down that means they want to kill you and don't care if you make it home alive. Driving is not a solo sport...
Seems like advertising, stock advertising, worthless discussion. What's the point of this?
Question for the BEV, do batteries freeze and if so, what is its affect on its life? Stupid jeep owner like myself would love to know.
I hate these threads but I'll play:
1. Mopar lift 1.4k or whatever.
2. 900 to fix mopar lift or whatever.
3. Summer 37 rock/mud tires and beads 3.5k I think can't remember
4. Winter 37 in KO and Beasts 3k
5. Winch and aftermarket front, 2k
6. Some under, skirt, and sliders maybe 1.5k
7. Repair...
BOH are worthless anyway you can get them on EBAY or even gently roll into the trail, click a button on the app, and roll out scratch free and be mailed a badge 90 days later. Worthless. Who cares.
I disagree that’s stock Rubicon is capable but that is subjective. The first weekend after buying, I was stuck in snow on a trail watching other mod’d JKs dance around me. I think it’s a great canvas to paint on.
I think clunk is normal.
Can you crawl under your jeep, and grip your driveshaft with both hands, turn either way see what that sounds like 2h and 4h? Also take to the dealer.
I've had to retorque my suspension occasionally. The center console latch seems to be wonky. FYI - did you know there is a key lock on the center console? I only know, because black bear broke in and tear my leather console cover off!
Mine is ok but no longer peppy as it was stock. Off-road, in low, etc seems fine. I feel the tran temp raises higher than it used to. I feel that it is a need, for me to regear 5.13 but so far have not found a reasonable shop. My local dealer wants about 2.8k and other shops want 3k to 4k. This...
Yes, and I had to advance about a quarter inch to the next opening per the instructions.
By the way, this seems imperfect science since first setting to 35ftlbs and then advancing can yield many different final torque values.
