Just purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara (Diesel engine) 18,000 miles. There are two warning lights on - one for the Forward Collision Warning and one for the Adaptive Cruise Control. I cannot turn them off and I get an error message when I try (ACC/FCW Unavailable Service Required). Took it into Jeep to have the sensor recalibrated and was told that due to the lift and 37 inch tires that they could not do anything without returning it to the factory height and they also could not turn the warning sensors off. Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix the FCW/AAC or at the least get rid of the warning lights? Thanks in advance, appreciate the input!

Have you tried pulling the codes? Are those the only warnings youget? When you start the Jeep, does the dash light up like a Christmas tree - that's the actual description my service writer used. I had those errors with a bad wheel speed sensor. A code reader will tell you if that's the issue. It's a simple fix that you can do in your driveway.

Also, I'd find a new dealer if you have another available.

Thanks for the reply ToplessTN… no it doesn’t light up like that, those are the only 2 warning lights. The code was pulled at the dealer and indicated it needed Calibration. They tried to perform the calibration at the dealer and it failed repeatedly (Apparently only completing to 1%). I was told there was nothing else they could do at the dealer without going back to the factory suspension and wheels-tires? I am hoping there is another way around this issue. I heard about the Tazer JL Mini Programmer as a possible solution, but I do not know if this would fix the problem as I do not have any experience with it.

Do you not have a Tazer in it now, with the lift and 37's? When I had my windshield replaced by Safelight, they told me they couldn't get it calibrated because of my lift and tires, and after doing some research on the forum as well as reaching out to Tazer, I found out I simply had to remove my Tazer and it could be done. Unmarried the Tazer, removed it, called the Safelight tech back, he had it 'recalibrated' within 10 minutes, no more warnings. Might check to be sure you don't have a Tazer that the PO left in for you......

Is your steering wheel relatively straight? If it’s too far off (like after you’ve done steering/suspension work), you can get these symptoms.
