Throttle warning and electronic stability warning lights

Have a 2020 Wrangler that just came out of service last week. No getting two warning messages and vehicle is in limp mode. Not too happy with Jeep right now especially because the jeep was in the shop for 2 months with other items. Anyone have this warnings and what was the repair?

Is it safe to say that u took it to the dealer and came out worse off?

Yeah our advisor is awesome the vehicle is barely out of base warranty but we want to know what it could be. They had it for 2 months for a pinion seal leak mass air flow sensor issue and a sun visor that was broken . Within two days of picking up the jeep check engine light came on visor not fixed and now this

Did they replace the mass air flow sensor?

Is that what they told you? No Chrysler engine that I know of uses a mass air flow sensor.

That’s what my fiancée told me the advisor said to her. Any idea what those other codes could be from?

You don’t know what engine is in your vehicle?

With an ETC fault, the most likely cause is a bad throttle body. It’s not a real common failure on a new Jeep though, so the wiring and connections need to be looked at closely.

It’s my fiancés vehicle. It’s just very surprising that this happened especially coming right out of service

They didn’t fix anything. It’s not surprising. Lots of shops don’t have the ability to diagnose a problem and the warranty process sucks to work with.

We’re just hoping it will be a quick fix and covered under warranty. We’re less than 2k out of warranty. They’ve been very good about everything
