Looks like you have 7 years or 100000 miles to get a pro rated refund. So I’m on board with thatWrong, you have 90 days from date of purchase to get a refund. I did that and repurchased through Tom at a much better price.
The sales guy told me it was good at any dealership. I’m out of state, so that was important to me. I figure it’s free, so it’s better than nothing even if it only covers power train. Anybody purchase from them who has more info? For the Dennis Dillon warranty it’s probably a dealer specific warrant where it’s only good at that dealer. Plus keep in mind it’s a powertain only warranty, so that doesn’t include anything except for the engine and transmission. I would ask them for a list of what’s covered.
Can’t remember which post it is, but the cheapest I saw here was $2665 for the $100 deductible version. $200 deductible wasn’t worth the savings and $0 deductible was too costly.
And someone posted saying the price goes up on 3 Apr by about $200
@Dennis Dillon Jeep, could you please enlighten us on your powertrain warranty? The sales guy told me it was good at any dealership. I’m out of state, so that was important to me. Spoke to Tom Winkles from Hayes Jeep today. The price for the lifetime warranty has gone up by $80 as of today 4/3/18.I spoke to Tom Winkels today from Hayes Jeep. The price for the Max Care warranty will be going up on April 3rd, 2018. Last year it went up by $235. So if you have your jeep and you were looking to get this warranty, now would be the time.
Well, that’s good to know. Should I decide to purchase, my local dealer can’t screw me on priceHere's a little tid-bit for residents of FL or NC. Mopar Lifetime Max Care Warranties for Jeep are transferable to those who buy the Jeep that live in either FL or NC ... state law governs this. Also for FL residents, dealers can only sell MSRP to FL residents per FL law ... too many older FL residents were getting ripped off by dealers charging more than MSRP. Just confirmed this with Mopar (800.521.9922).
Again, this only applies to FL and NC residents.
I was offered, after I turned down everything else they threw at me, a FULL Lifetime Warranty!! Yes, 100% true. I was told it wasn't generally offered & it was an insider type thing. Anyhoo, I took it, but with a caveat. I didn't want it rolled into my total bill. After a lengthy back & forth about "the numbers", he relented and I paid for it seperately. Bottom line, bumper to bumper, unlimited mileage coverage on everything but rubber parts. Tires, body gaskets, hoses, wiper blades, etc. Price tag - $5,000 I don't sell my cars, I run them til they REFUSE to run anymore! So, to me, it was worth the investment. Because JEEPS are like fine moonshine, you appreciate & respect them more the older YOU get! What is the current price of an FCA lifetime powertrain warranty?

And by the way, 12 was the 1st model year for the Juke (bugs, gremlins, flaws) & the JL is IN it's infancy (1st model year)and CURRENTLY in the shop with an UNDIAGNOSED issue.
Just think, 0 worries for however long i drive my JEEP.............10yrs, 15 yrs, 20yrs.......
longer? I WIN!Love is here. We are just busting you because you are admittedly happily paying 2x as much for the EXACT product. Just odd. Enjoy your Jeep! One thing we have in common is I plan on running this one until the wheels fall off.No back & forth needed guys, my money, I spend it how I want. Thought this forum was for the LOVE of the vehicle & it's related issues?
