Hello all,

So I was watching a video on YouTube and they mentioned that if you remove the stickers from you sun visors, you need to relocate them to a readily visible area.

1) Is this true? My web searches have come up with no real results.
2) If you have removed yours and relocated them, where did you move them too?

Saw the same video (DirtRoadCred for the curious) and just laughed. You literally can't relocate them because removing them is destructive. They even just covered them up in the video. Probably just a CYA thing they needed to say to appease the lawyers.

That said, my understanding is that these rules/safety standards are for the manufacturers to comply with. There is no federal law that I'm aware of that makes it illegal for the consumer to remove/cover the labels. Similar to the whole mattress tag thing. Maybe there are other state/local laws out there, but I really wouldn't worry about it. Of course, the standard disclaimer applies: I'm am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice

What cheap garbage are they shilling this time? Some visor extension things or something? or some visor storage. This allows you to hold 9 pens, 3 ducks, and a pumpkin muffin, in your visor storage.

True, the car sticker police will take you to the jail next to the mattress tag violators.

The same police will come for you if you take the tags off your pillows and comforters.

Nobody wants to be in prison wearing a halter top and a tshirt fashioned into mini skirt because they scoffed at the Tag Police. I mean somebody might have that as their life’s ambition but it certainly wasn’t my plan.
