I hope there are enough options in the poll…

The internet attracts more complaints than positive comments (about everything). Maybe this poll will provide a more complete pocture of the value if Jeep Cares.

I hope to be able to participate in the poll soon. I've reached out to @JeepCares because my clutch recall reimbursement got denied for insane reasons.
Assume that JeepCares can't help in that situation. Does that mean that they really failed or maybe what you're asking for doesn't fit within Jeep's rules / guidelines?

All I am asking for is what others were given. Nothing more. Others submitted paperwork for recall reimbursement of aftermarket installs for 3rd parties and were approved right away and sent a check. I was told I was denied because I'm out of warranty.

Are you out of warranty?
I am but it's a recall that applies to all 2018-2023s whether under warranty or not. When I brought that up they changed their mind and said I was instead denied because my clutch didn't fail (aka explode)

I sent a message to @JeepCares, and got an informative and promp reply. I called @JeepCares and my issue and questions were dealt with completely. I'm pretty happy the ability to contact them in this way is an available option. I'm not sure how many vehicle makes or models have this to rely on, bit it does make owning a jeep that much more unique.

Interesting, one person posts they were happy and the questions were dealt with promptly, but zero options chosen that way. No negative posts, but two negative responses to the poll. I wonder if people are participating in the poll accurately, based on some actual experience, or just posting how they feel.

@Whaler27 I get that, but if you want to know how well JeepCares works, or the "result" of contacting them, your data will be skewed with responses that aren't relevant to the "result".
