I had a months long case with a dealer refusing a repair, and the repair done wrong. It lasted so long because of waiting on parts, and the body shop (owned by the dealer) was incompetent. Jeep Rep was amazing and constantly kept things moving. I loved working with her.
The second case was with my wife's Jeep. Turns out that dealer's service techs were even more incompetent than their body shop. After progressively worse trips for a simple repair, I got Jeep Cares involved. This second rep wasn't as friendly, but she was good. Dealer was reprimanded, new tech found at a different dealer who was amazing. Took a few weeks to sort out.
Both reps seemed to care and really made a difference. They are why we kept the Jeeps and are looking forward to getting another.
