Really getting fed up with Jeep Cares and UConnect. I have called numerous times to ask about the off road pages for my 2018 Rubicon Unlimited and have been assured each time that they were sending it out over the air. I still don’t have it. I don’t like just getting lip service from a company when I just dropped 55K on one of their vehicles. This is my fourth Wrangler and I love my Jeep’s but expect more then lip service when I have an issue. End of rant.

I had an issue and set up an appointment with dealer. I sent a PM to Jeep Cares explaining the issue and my appointment date. They answered back with a case number and said a manager would contact me within 48 hours. I’ve been waiting for that contact for about three weeks now...

Dealer resolved my issue, but really don’t see how contacting Jeep Cares did anything.

Hi BillG,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we will be following up with your case manager's team lead to find out why you were not contacted. I am very sorry no one reached out to you - this is certainly not the level of service we aim for.

SandBucket and Georgew48,

We understand that the situation with Jeep Off-Road Pages has been frustrating, and we are working with internal teams to make the update available via manual download for all affected customers. We are still waiting for the update to go live, and we appreciate your patience throughout this process - I have not been provided an exact ETA, but I am hopeful it will be soon. In the meantime, if you do not want to wait for the manual update, dealers should have access to the software file (as of today) to add the pages. If you'd like to go this route, just PM us so we can coordinate with your dealer.
