I get the idea. But 4h without the auto has worked and it's stronger. And as we all know Jeep screwed up making a normal clutch, so I don't have alot of confidence in a complicated computer controlled transfer case clutch system.The idea is in slippery conditions it works as awd and sends power to the wheels with the most grip rather than just spinning. For general driving in mixed conditions its "better" because it will adapt to the road surface. For wheeling its bad because its weaker.
I told the old lady if you are in conditions where you need 4h just put in 4h part time. She knows how to drive and doesn't need even more computers fucking with her.
