It takes the same amount of time to have ground, good coffee delivered to you Roy. Don't have to do anything special to it vs Folgers.
Boy I sure hope you havent spent any extra money on your jeep then if $2500 a year in fuel is something that keeps you from a specific engine ....HAHA yeah maybe. I guess I drive the 2.0 like a wacko but the 3.6 like a "grandma"?
Of course they are different points, that's exactly why I posted mine to begin with. You assume that those who complain about premium fuel complain because they can't afford it. That seems shortsighted to me. I'm the perfect counter-example: I don't like having to put premium in my JL despite the fact that I can easily afford it (even at the current very elevated prices), and it definitely affects my decision at purchase time. In this case I took the 2.0 despite the premium disadvantage because i've come to realize that there is no winning with either the 2.0 or 3.6, and the 2.0-equipped JLURX that I ended up with had exactly everything else that I wanted.
There is no "imaginary argument in my head", your claim is just nonsensical. Period.

Using my JK as my avatar here would be kinda weird. Even I can tell the difference between a Jeep and a Bus, I just happen to have the best version of both.Thats irrelevant to the fact he clearly doesnt know what a real jeep is with his avatar.
Admitting it's a bus is the first step towards recoveryUsing my JK as my avatar here would be kinda weird. Even I can tell the difference between a Jeep and a Bus, I just happen to have the best version of both.
You did didnt you .... for shame
Maybe you should try explaining your point again. I mean, it's worked out so well for you already...
I'd much rather spend money on my Jeep than buy fancy clothes. Is this a Jeep Girl thing?I mean, I think "afford" sort of has two parts to it, where there's the obvious subjective side that takes into account one's financial situation, but there's sort of willingness part that is the subjective side that takes into account the value "it" holds to the spender.
Like even though I can, I don't care to get fancy bags, clothes, sunglasses or eyeglasses, but I will gladly put premium gas or pay a premium to stay a galaxy away from rough country suspension components. And you are definitely free to choose to save money by not putting premium fuel in, and it is fine. Doesn't affect anyone else.
There are dumb ways to spend money, but I'd hardly call putting premium fuel in a car that does benefit (there is definitely a stupidly massive thread on it yet again...) from premium fuel in the same ballpark.
Clearly reading and comprehending words is tough, so maybe he is having trouble with words in general.Maybe you should try explaining your point again. I mean, it's worked out so well for you already...

So why are you so against the fact that the extra money spent on premium fuel shouldn't be a legit consideration when it comes to buying a Jeep?...says the guy who can't understand a very simple concept explained to him three different ways.
Don't act like a butt-hurt 12yo. You're better than that.
LOL another one from the guy raggin on me over reading comprehension. So why are you so against the fact that the extra money spent on premium fuel shouldn't be a legit consideration when it comes to buying a Jeep?
Call me an optimist I guess. I like to think that anyone can learn with enough effort.Maybe you should try explaining your point again. I mean, it's worked out so well for you already...
