It all depends on a few factors. Do you wipe with your right hand or left hand? While sitting or while standing? Do you want an engine prone to oil leaks or one that sounds like a lawnmower?

Unfortunately.
I mean it's pretty fortunate in that the 6 speed paired with the 3.6 would probably murder you and burn your Jeep down if you dumped the clutch on the 2.0 with any kind of boost built.

OP should clearly go with the 3.6 so he gets to spend tons of time either replacing his intake cams or watching others replace his intake cams. It's so much fun!
I know literally millions of people with the 3.6 and none of them have had the cam issue. I know dozens with the 2.0 and every single one has had coolant leeks and covers their ears muttering lalalalala upon startup and for the first 30-520 seconds afterwards.

Jeep could, I don't know, use a stronger manual transmission and better clutch?
