Wondering how much weight the stock tire carrier would take with rotos on the sides?
Really don't want a swing away tire carrier.
Just looking at options .
Can't go through the tire carrier as lic plate is there.

Well, gasoline's 8.4 pounds per gallon but about a zillion BTU's of energy should it explode. Yes, I'm sure you would mount in high in back, but maybe I could interest you in getting a single larger tank to cover the rear driver's side passengers window...

Gasoline is 6lbs/gal. Water is 8.4lbs/gal
