Got Jeep back today put in new seat track and seems to be fine. Will let you know if more problems come up

They ordered a new seat frame and airbag cover. Welds pass inspection. I will need to bring it back in a week or so for repair.

@JeepCares I need to bring the JL to a different dealer to get the seat fixed. I'm not going back to the current one.

I removed my driver's seat and checked the bolts over the weekend. Very slight movement on one bolt for the seat bottom to the frame. Put the seat back in, torqued the bolts down and I have not heard any noise yet. Have to wait, possibly a few months, to determine if this lasts or not.

No sounds from seat but at night or when it's really quiet with everything shut off either in reverse or going very slow can hear like a crunching noise coming from rear end...maybe the transfer case??

Fix the seat track on mine and I can still tell something isn’t right. Will be taking it back soon.

Got the Jeep back today. Only got to drive the 2 miles home. Not sure if the seat is fixed, but they chipped the paint, scratched up three pieces of plastic trim (maybe more), and covered the entire interior in what look like anti seize finger prints. Pretty awesome on a $53,000 vehicle with 1800 miles on it. Already been in the shop three times. Exactly why I didn't want to bring it to this dealer @JeepCares . The dealer offered to bring it to a body shop, but that will just destroy this vehicle. Im getting tired of Jeep's crappy dealerships. What the hell is wrong with your training and dealer expectations? By the way they didn't tell me about any of this damage. They were just going to give it to me.

The seat frame was swapped but now the leather on the seat bottom is loose. The dash panel piece over the airbag was replaced but has the same issue as the one that was removed.

Took mine in this week for the seat popping issue, they couldn't "fix" it so they ordered a new seat rail, will report back when it gets put in to see if its fixed.

Dealer ordered a seat track for mine last week also, still waiting. I sure hope it works, seems it’s getting worse

This is a disgrace. The mechanic that worked on your Jeep should be fired. No pride in his work at all.

That is totally unacceptable. It's repair work like this, that give a dealershil, as well as a Manufacturer a very bad name. One "I don't give a ##### about your Vehicle" mechanic can cost a manufacturer many future sales. No wonder US car manufacturers still are considered sub par. Hey @JeepCares , let us know what the response from this dealership is, regarding all the damage.to this Overpriced Chrysler Product.
