The last private message between you and our team was about your in service date. Since then, I don't see a case that was escalated to our Customer Care Team. If you're working with the dealer and would like one forwarded to that team, feel free to send us a direct message.I had a case and no one would respond to me and I got a notification saying the case was closed even though I has asked for it to be open.
