Jeep Wrangler JL Drag Link boot issue? 2C9B7268-2CEF-4E8C-8659-0F2DD163FD71

I was starting to wash and inspect my Jeep after getting home at midnight. I saw this on my draglink. I think I just need to re-grease, it’s been about 1k miles since my last top off. However, it occurred to me I may not have it tightened enough. I was properly torqued at install and 1k after install.
Anyone have thoughts or suggestions?

I dunno, there's not much you can do about it. Fortunately that joint is "upside down" so contaminants will naturally drain.

Well, re-inflating it didn't work. I can't seem to get it re-seated with pliers or a nylon panel tool (I'm trying to avoid damaging it). I think I'll try taking the wheel off tomorrow to get better angles and re-seat it by hand, maybe with an assistant.

Lol, came with the lift kit. Track bar bracket + draglink flip allegedly keeps steering smooth. Mine is WAY better than factory, but apparently has a greasy boot seal that doesn't want to go back into its seat. It might have driven just as well without it, but I'll never know.
Plus, they're a Michigan company. I gotta support my home state when I can.

How much bump extension does it require to keep from hitting the frame?

I believe it is 3”. The Steersmarts site says 4.5” lift minimum, but mine was specifically designed to work at 3.5” lift 3” bump. I’m running a tire 6” bigger than stock, so I’m not really losing any uptravel.
Some people running my lift said they make contact, but I suspect they tried to run without extra bumpstop.

What lift?
Maximus-3 3.5” geo lift. So track bar brackets front/rear, drag link flip, steering stabilizer relocation, geometry brackets for front control arms, RK springs and Falcon shocks.
It drives so well, and has offroaded well. We ran the entirety of Evans Creek in WA and I kept up with the coilovers and everything. All driver error when I did have an issue.
My goal was to push the limits of the D44 without reinforcements and avoid drivetrain issues. Bonus was the solid steering.

Steersmarts suggested massaging it back into place and refilling. I couldn’t get one part down and that’s when I discovered the lower part of the boot was torn. Replacement on the way!

@Some Random Guy What track bar are you running? Any chance you can take a pic from the front of your track bar (frame side) that shows the steering box /pitman arm? I'm installing a flip kit now and finding I have interference with my trackbar and Steersmarts steering brace (specifically the extended nut portion that stabilizes the pitman arm) as I raise the axle end of the trackbar.

I'm still on the stock trackbar, but it's relocated. I'll try to grab pictures tomorrow. Here's a photo from the lift manufacturer's site:

So raised trackbar, and the steering stabilizer is moved too (lower right of this photo).
