That's what they sound like. Use 0w30 or 5w30 next oil change at it will calm down slightly.

Diagnosing an engine by sound is often difficult when actually there with the engine. Doing it over the internet is another layer of muting of high freq metallic noise. So, no. I don't hear anything the causes alarm.

Sounds Fine . Use whatever Oil you like as long as it is a Full Synthetic. I prefer Valvoline Restore and Protect in either 0W20 or 5W30. I used both on separate oil changes and found no real difference in sound or gas mileage. If you warranty is at an end use the 5W30 if you are under factory warranty use 0w20 otherwise they can refuse your warranty claim.
