Given my druthers, I'd like to see the integration of analog-style gauges instead of TFT displays, particularly on those trims where the driver has to toggle to each one (e.g., transmission temperature.)

To answer the question, the pre-2024 dashboard in my JLU suits me well enough. This is doubly true because there's no cross-pollination of HVAC functioning on the Uconnect screen.

Pre 24. Love the red in my 23 Rubi. Very easy to clean unique and different. The 24 cloth is hideous. Not the best pic

I have both, 22 and 24. Prefer the 22, I like simple things and the new dash just looks cluttered but in all honesty I actually prefer my 2010 dash. Manual HVAC controls that I don’t have to look at to change settings and a radio that just does radio things, like play music. I don’t care about up to date looks and gadgets, I just want reliability. Technology doesn’t stop me from buying new vehicles obviously, I just wish base model ment stripped base model.

When we were Jeep shopping, I was so convinced that I wanted, nay needed, the 2024 dash, it was a prime reason for ordering a new 2024. When that order didn't work out, we ended up buying a 2023. In a brilliant example of choice-supportive bias, I am now sure that the 2023 is superior. 😎

It collects more ducks than the '24 too!

The 2024+ dash doesn’t look well thought out. The screen is too big, and the “floating” design just follows the fad. The cloth is a bizarre touch.
