Disable Triple Honk

On the 2024 Wrangler, is there a way to disable the triple honk when the vehicle is running and the key fob exits the vehicle?

Aftermarket. Tazer, a device that stays plugged in under the dash can disable the three honk “feature”. Does a lot of other things as well, like correcting the speedometer for larger tires, etc.

I have the Tazer. Works great. Difficult interface to program though. You will need to have the instructions in front of you when you use it.

Make sure you also buy the ‘extension cord’. It is a real bitch to unplug/plug in if you don’t. The first time you have to pull the connectors, I guarantee you will be cussing.

I do not believe the tazer disables the triple honk on the 2024. When I get a chance I'll test it, but there are many bugs with the tazer on the 2024. I'm fairly sure that sway bar disconnect, auto park, tire fill, traction control memory, triple honk features do not work. Menu display doesn't work very well either. ESS, cooldown, winch mode, turn assist all work. Other features I never used.

Has anyone talked to their dealer to see if they have a scan tool of some type that'll turn it off? That triple honk thing is annoying as hell!

Yeah the taser you really want one anyway but they need to do another update for the 2024s. I know on mine I can't live without the taser it just does so much. Killed three honk, have steering wheel shortcuts for front sway bar disconnect and lockers I mean just all kinds of little quality of life improvements.

Mine doesn't do that, and I don't have a Tasar. I get a single (programmable) beep when I lock the Jeep, but no sound for merely exiting the vehicle with the fob in my pocket. What am I missing?

The 3 honks is when you leave the key fob in the vehicle.

I get three honks if the Jeep is running and I have the fob with me leaving the vehicle.

Killed that with the Tazer and mine is a ‘24

Mine does it if the key fob exits the vehicle while it's running and the door closes fully.
