From what I've been told, is using a block heater helps prolong the life of the diesel engine too, let alone the draw on the battery in cold temps.Yeah, there was no secret for the 2021 models. Thanks for your input @GearWhore and @brewski
Must seem insignificant to Stellantis not to make mention of its existence. Salesman and manager had no more info than me. We often see below 0-F during our winters so it matters to me.

If you're looking to see if you have the block heater I think the best angle to check is from underneath. This is what it looks like, my brass fitting (pic above) had no threads so I suspect it has to be removed to install the heater.Unless someone else chimes in, I'll pop the hood this afternoon and take a look.
