Diesel Check Engine light/ Code P00AF

Live in South Louisiana where it was 90 degrees yesterday and while accelerating uphill on a bridge my Check engine light, electronic throttle control light and electronic stability light came on. It seemed to stay at a speed of 60 mph and than the Jeep would let me accelerate here and there. Codes cleared when I was home and cleared the CEL with the scan tool. The Tool read code P00AF. I did have my DEF light come on as I was low on fluid. Don't know if that had something to do with the codes. Any advice in my steps to check this out? Jeep is 21 Diesel with 34,000 miles. Haven't had any issues as of yet. Jeep is not my everyday and stays on tender when not used. I think I had a message on dash service Electronic stability control too! All help greatly appreciated and will post conclusions if it helps others!

This is exactly what happened to my 2023 3.0L when going up the Grapevine grade on a hot day North of LA. Had to stop, turn it off and back on to get out of limp mode. Took it to the dealer and they replaced the turbo. A body off task to get to it. I always have to watch the oil temperature going up grades so it doesn't reach 245 else limp mode.

They had to take the body off to replace the turbo???
